Processed Forest Products distributes a wide range of veneered products such as particleboards, plywood, medium density fibreboard etc., to furniture and cabinet making industries, shop and office fittings, kitchen cupboard markets and to resellers. Tru wood edge veneer, cut to size panels, edge banding and stair treads are the other veneer products supplied by Processed Forest Products.
Membrane pressed timber veneered panels from Processed Forest Products are ideal for infill panels and complete cabinet doors. These panels are also suitable for doors, wardrobes, bed head boxes, bathroom vanities, shop fitting, panelling, wet bars, kitchens etc.
Flexible plywood is used as a base for curved and undulating forms. Flexible plywood is used for a range of materials including melamine HP or LP laminate, decorative wood veneer, vinyl treated paper, fabrics, cardboard and other surface used for painting or staining. It is available in 5, 7 and 9 millimetre thickness, with sheet sizes of 1220 x 2440 millimetres and 2440 x 1220 millimetres.
Processed Forest Products also manufactures and supplies pre-glued and un-glued edgings to match the timber veneered panels. The edging is available in 22, 30, 40 and 50 millimetres width. Pre-glued rolls are available in 30, 50 and 100 lineal meters from Processed Forest Products, while un-glued rolls are available in 100 and 150 lineal meters.
