Glazed Porcelain with Lappato Polish – Paradox Series from Prestige Tiles



Paradox Glazed Porcelain Tile Series
The Paradox Glazed Porcelain Tile Series (available in 4 colours – Oxido, Grafito, Titanio and Ivory) is made with porcelain coloured body. The porcelain coloured body powder is pressed at considerably high pressure to obtain densely compact tiles. From the pressing machine, the clay tiles are fed into the drier and later sprayed with water in preparation for the various surface applications.

To enrich the surface, special glaze is applied on the surface of the tiles. Subsequently, fixative is applied followed by Rotomatrix screen-printing with the use of special metallic paste and 4 stages Rotoclour screen-printing applications in varied colours.

The tiles are fired at a high temperature to complete the fusion of the glaze to the body to obtain a fully vitrified tile.

Finally, lappato finish is applied to the tiles to enhance the natural metallic effect on the surface and rectified.

Available from Prestige Tiles  in 447mm X 447mm format, the Paradox Glazed Porcelain tiles are one of the strongest products on the market.
