The Bretona roofing slate has been used in the U. K. with success and recently in Sydney for the refurbishment of a heritage listed foreshore property for the Sydney City Council, it is looked over by the Anzac Bridge.
Premier Slate Products can be supplied pre-holed to the head lap for the pitch of the roof, as a service Premier Slate Products supplies custom made eaves, where there are lots of eaves needed, this can be quite economic and minimise the amount of cutting labour and waste.
On the 14 of January 2004 the Bretona natural roofing slate had undertaken the BS 680: part 2:1971 certified tests and passed on all three parts.
