GTS10 greywater treatment systems from Ozzi Kleen operate using an aerobic or non-septic process. This process oxygenates organic matter or waste and keeps bacteria alive, so they can feed on the waste.
When greywater enters the tank of the GTS10 greywater treatment system, oxygen in being circulated via an aerator. This process preserves the life of the naturally occurring aerobic bacteria found in the wastewater, which helps to break down the waste.
Water that has been treated is then stored within the tank in the effluent holding compartment, available to be reused for gardens, laundry or toilet flushing. A safety device is featured that allows excess water to be used on gardens or disposed back to the sewer.
GTS10 greywater treatment systems from Ozzi Kleen offer several advantages. The odourless, aerobic system inhibits septic decomposition, and ensures that even the final irrigation water produced is completely odourless.
At only 2.35m high x 1.95m diameter and weighing just 350kg, Ozzi Kleen GTS10 greywater treatment systems are simple and quick to install. Operation costs are low because the aerator only runs for 12 hours per day, and maintenance is costs are minimal.
GTS10 greywater treatment systems have a durable, 20mm thick polyethylene construction and have a half-life of more than 500 years. Ozzi Kleen GTS10 tanks are roto-moulded and seamless, eliminating the risk of seepage, leaking or root intrusion. Ozzi Kleen GTS10 tanks are not affected by the acidity of sewage.
