Latest automated machines to manufacture roller shutter curtains

On a recent visit to Europe, Ozroll discovered the latest in technology with the regard to manufacturing roller shutter curtains. The automated process consisted of a custom made machine that once loaded automatically measures and then feeds the individual profiles while at the same time locking in the slat inserts.

Ozroll now have two of these machines in their Adelaide facility and are seeing the positive signs regarding the streamlining of the roller shutter manufacturing process, the increase of productivity and the improvement in Quality Control.
