A meeting of the client with Osman Designpac Building Designers is arranged in order to discuss concept design. The concept design by Osman Designpac Building Designers will show the general floor plan, approximate room sizes with window and door locations, front elevation and the estimated area of the home.
Osman Designpac Building Designers will provide an explanation of the design and further discussion gravitates around matters such as passive solar design, cross and shared ventilation.
Further discussions are held on making the most of the site. Points discussed would be the views from the site, whether natural views or created views.
At this stage, Osman Designpac Building Designers recommends that an estimate be obtained from the client’s preferred builder. If the client does not have a preferred builder, Osman Designpac Building Designers can assist in obtaining this estimate from other known builders.
Final modifications if required are now made to the design by both the client and Osman Designpac Building Designers before progressing to the next stage of documentation. Finally, landscaping is planned and building approvals are obtained, leading to commencing of construction.
