All Ontera Modular Carpet is engineered to withstand the rigours of a renewal process at the end of its first life. Earthplus is a three step closed loop recovery process where carpet modules are super cleaned, re-textured and restyled to give the product a new appearance and extend its useful life, supported by a seven year warranty. This approach is unique in the flooring industry.
Maximum flexibility:
The product can be lifted and replaced by general maintenance staff where quick changes to the initial layout of space are required, Including rotation of office spaces shifting of partitions (commonly referred to as churn) and communication upgrades.

Modular Carpet provides a number of ergonomic benefits over other floor surface finishes including higher levels of underfoot comfort, reduced noise levels and lower risk of slipping.
Simple to handle and store:
It is much easier to handle a box of modular carpet tiles than other flooring alternatives easily fit into a lift and maintenance stock can be stored in a cupboard.
