With the opening of the Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney's only 5-star hotel to open this decade and Western Sydney's first 5-star hotel, Onity have completed the electronic locking solution for Accor at the Sydney Olympic Park.
In early 2008, Onity upgraded the electronic locks at the Novotel and IBIS Sydney Olympic Park to the traditional Onity HT24 Magnetic Stripe lock, while the Pullman selected the Onity ADVANCE electronic locking system with custom handles to complement its contemporary design and décor.
Onity were also selected to provide electronic locking solutions for the Formule 1 at the Sydney Olympic Park, which chose the Onity HT24 Magnetic Stripe to secure both its guest room doors and car park access control system.
ADVANCE from Onity is an electronic locking solution that offers a wide range of flexibility in both aesthetic design and operational features. The newly developed electronic lock features a modular two-piece design that minimises hardware on the guestroom door.
Like the Onity HT Lock Series, the ADVANCE electronic locking solution offers dual and MIFARE upgradeable technology, so that, as security technology continues to advance, upgrades and retrofits are both simple and affordable.
