Odours are drawn directly from the toilet bowl via the cisterns internal overflow pipe, through the inline fan and exhausted directly to the eaves or an external wall.
Alternatively, if your ceiling space is restricted or for a double story, we also have roof mounted fans available.

Odourvac Kits
The OdourVac Kit is a toilet system. It simply draws air from the toilet bowl and exhausts odours to atmosphere.
The ShowerVac Kit is a complete solution to ventilating your bathroom. Like the OdourVac Kit, odours are drawn directly from the toilet bowl and in addition a grille is also placed directly above the shower to extract steam.
The Dual ShowerVac Kit (is our most advanced bathroom exhaust fans system available. This system has the exact features of a ShowerVac Kit however, we incorporate an additional grille which can be placed in a laundry, walk in robe, or any other room which requires ventilation (excluding kitchen).
How is the Fan Activated?
All OdourVac fans are supplied with a 3-pin plug for easy connection to a 240v GPO (power point) located adjacent to the fan. Power is then wired directly to the room and depending on your preference the fan can be activated by any one of the three following options:
- Connecting to the light switch (great for internal bathrooms)
- A separate fan switch
- Attach the system to a movement sensor switch
Benefits of Odourvac
- Instantly removes odours as the system draws directly from the toilet bowl therefore odours cannot escape into the room.
- Odours and steam are ducted to the exterior rather than being directed into your ceiling space (transferring the problem rather than eliminating the problem).
- Extremely quiet and in most cases silent as the fan is located in the ceiling space away from the bathroom.
- Fans include backdraft shutters therefore our systems are classed as sealed systems and do not affect your energy ratings on all new 5 star program homes.
