Ocean Shell’s Paua shell is rich in colour among all the abalone shells. This kaleidoscope of colours can be transformed when viewed from different angles or with the variation of light.
White Mother of Pearls from Ocean Shell is a “high valued gem of the sea.” The by product of pearl production, White Mother of Pearl shells have the same glistening material as the pearl itself. Customarily used for buttons, the shells in today’s world are used for jewellery, tiles and Laminates.
Ocean Shell’s dark, silky gems from the South Seas, known as the Black Mother of pearl shells, are cultured in the Cook Island atolls and the lagoons of Tahit, providing a stunning look for jewellery, tiles, laminates and tumbled pieces. This shell is also called the ocean’s black beauty.
