Non-Slip Floor Solutions offers a variety of non slip and anti slip floor treatments.
ULTRA-MAX - Clear Non Slip Sealer ULTRA-MAX has been developed to create a slip-resistant coating that can be applied to timber, stone, masonry and concrete. It incorporates a clear polymer aggregate with a premium clear acrylic sealer in a solvent solution. It is capable of penetrating the substrate and cures to form a clear, tough and resilient coating.
Features/Advantages
- The slip resistance achieved with ULTRA-MAX varies due to the micron size of the aggregate used.
- ULTRA-MAX Fine will achieve a slip rating that is classified as a R11.
- ULTRA-MAX Course will achieve a slip rating that is classified as a R12 or greater.
- Under normal conditions, ULTRA-MAX will last from 2-5 years. Heavy traffic areas can be recoated as required without stripping back the original coating.
- Surfaces coated with ULTRA-MAX should be maintained by using a mild detergent with a soft broom, then rinsed.
WB ULTRA-MAX - Water Based Clear Non Slip SealerWB ULTRA-MAX incorporates a clear polymer aggregate with a super tough, water based sealer that provides maximum protection on all types of concrete, unpolished stone, terrazzo and unglazed tiles and pavers. It is suitable for areas that are exposed to the elements such as entry foyers and decks, as well as factory and warehouse floors. Its non yellowing film is tough, glossy and chemical resistant. More importantly, it dries and cures quickly to enable fast re-use (very important in areas such as loading docks, hospitals, entry foyers etc.
