Palram Palight PVC Foam, available from Mulford Plastics , is a Palram grade PVC foam board ideal for use in advertising and construction.

Palram Palight PVC foam board is supplied in sheet form and is versatile, flexible, lightweight, and durable. Tested by the digital print market, this PVC foam board is printable and can be laminated making it ideal for signs, displays, and exhibition boards.

Exhibiting the brightest white with a constant uniform smooth finish, Palram Palight PVC foam board is easily fabricated, cut, and handled and has a range of optimal qualities, including:

  • vacuum formable
  • low water absorption
  • high chemical resistance
  • good insulation
  • lower heat transmission
  • non-toxic
  • self extinguishing.
With its flat, consistant surface, Palram Palight PVC foam board is ideal for screen printing and suitable for use with aqueous and solvent inks, and thanks to its low absorption the material has excellent ink yield.

Palram Palight PVC foam board is also specially designed for digital flatbed printers. All 1mm to 10mm white sheets display bright and smooth surfaces for true colour interpretation. This material is also suitable for use with UV curing and solvent digital inks.
