Moodie Outdoor Products have released new GWR wall planting modules.
The GWR wall planting modules measure 600mm x 600mm x 1200mm with the rear screen measuring 1200mm. The wall planting modules are manufactured from recyclable aluminium for strength and water retention benefits and are clad with Evertuff co-mingle recycled plastic.
The GWR wall planting modules can be relocated by using a fork lift, pallet jack or are even available with castors.
The sealed container of the wall planter is fitted out using the Planter Technology’s planting container which is Smart Approved by WaterMark, Australia. The container of the wall planting modules is double walled to create a water well and also features a moisture sensor extending into the potting soil. The sensor creates a vacuum and blocks off further water entering the soil once the soil around the moisture sensor becomes wet.
CWM modules from Planter Technology can be used in the wall planting modules. These reservoir-based containers offer irrigation solutions that are based upon 25 years of experience helping make maintenance of pots plants easier and less expensive.
Planter Technology’s PT sensor systems allows the plant to control the amount of water that is released, ensuring roots don’t get waterlogged. The sensor system also has the following features:
