Miele dishwashers are said to produce excellent cleaning results with much lower consumption figures than washing up by hand. For example, to wash a full load of crockery daily using the Universal program, a householder can, in a year, save around 500 kWH of electricity, 10,000L of water and 210 hours of time.
Depending on the model, Miele dishwashers offer a choice of up to 10 different programs, with each designed for specific applications. Programs include Universal, Universal Plus, Light Wash, Economy, Gentle, Short, Intensive and Cold Pre-Wash.
All Miele dishwashers have Novotronic controls which are fully electronic and therefore cause less wear and tear to the control system, giving a longer operating life and more intelligent programs. The machines can think for themselves and adapt to circumstances to make the most economical use of electricity, water and salt.
