Metalart Industries’ custom design aluminium Supabattens have been specified in several commercial projects around Australia for use in applications such as atrium or entrance canopies, shade screens, building facades, ceiling battens and partition or divisional screening.
The durable aluminium Supabatten profiles are available in an extensive range of sizes from 40 mm x 40 mm up to 250 mm x 100 mm battens. The aluminium battens are also available in pre-fabricated screens or some profiles may be supplied in individual lengths cut to size for particular projects. Combining different profiles can create new and interesting designs says designer Philip Cox, Each individual job can then have its own distinctive appearance.
A selection of nine woodgrain finishes or over 100 powdercoat colours makes the aluminium Supabattens ideal for interior or exterior applications.
Of the smart aluminium batten screens Philip Cox says the need for minimal maintenance products is not just an option but a specific requirement in many developments where maintenance is an issue, particularly for buildings close to the ocean or structures that are difficult to access such as ceilings.
