Master Plumbers' Association of Queensland (MPAQ)
The Master Plumbers Association of Queensland (MPAQ) is focused on advancing the plumbing services industry through policy development, representation and the provision of specialist training advice, products and services.

A non-profit organisation, MPAQ represents any individual or company in Queensland engaged in the plumbing trade industry, are those companies are eligible for membership.

Master Plumbers are installers of:
  • gas, water reticulation and irrigation systems
  • fire protection services
  • heating and cooling
  • mechanical services/air conditioning systems
  • sanitary disposal
  • drainage
  • metal roofing
  • wall cladding, and
  • other plumbing services
Key goals of the Association are:
  • protect the interests of Master Plumbers and the affiliated trades and professions
  • encourage conciliatory measures in industrial disputes
  • associate itself with all matters relating to regulations and standards concerning the trade
  • encourage the development of apprenticeships and all industry related training
  • take a positive interest in all matters pertaining to the industry and provide mutual fellowship and support for all its members
MPAQ also provide accredited and non-accredited courses for its members and industry professionals. Training is conducted at the Plumbing Industry House in Acacia Ridge QLD, other areas in Queensland and online.

MPAQ publishes the Master Plumber Magazine which is a platform for communication to convey messages to the plumbing business marketplace. This specialist publication service the needs of its members and plumbing businesses in Queensland.
