Hand Operated Little Aussie Butler, Dumbwaiters, Parcel Lifts

Dumbwaiters and goods lifts can carry groceries, laundry, suitcases and all the stuff that is too heavy or awkward to carry safely on the stairs. The lifts are cost effective and take up minimal space.

The Little Aussie Butler Dumbwaiter
The hand operated Little Aussie Butler continues to blitz its electrically powered competitors.

Not only is it considerably less expensive to purchase and install, operating costs are minimal and the unique combination of gearing, counterbalance and auto setting brake makes for ease of operation.

Features of Dumbwaiter Lifts
Custom manufactured to precise requirements, the Little Aussie Butler is supplied in kit form in a choice of easy to assemble options.

Available in a range of options, sizes and weight capacities the Little Aussie Butler is virtually maintenance free. It can be built on to an existing building or retro fitted internally.
  • Precision Electric Dumbwaiter: Residential and Commercial
  • Precision PSL Traction Dumbwaiter:  Needs three phase (415volt)
  • Precision HSL Hydraulic Dumbwaiter: Needs only single phase (240volt)
Capacities from 25kg to 200kg

Contessa Goods Lift
For bigger loads, the larger Contessa Goods Lift comes in two sizes:
  • 900mm wide by 1300mm deep with a carrying capacity of 270kgs
  • 1100mm wide by 1400mm deep with a carrying capacity of 340kg
Features of the Goods Lift
  • The lifts serve two levels and have a car that is 2040mm high.
  • The Contessa Goods Lift has controls on each of the two landings served and can be called or sent from each landing.
  • The Contessa Goods Lift cannot be used for the carriage of persons.
Parcel Lifts
  • Parcel Lifts are installed on a stairway where a vertical lift is not feasible.
  • The lifts have been installed on stairways of offices, libraries, schools and many other buildings.
  • Parcel Lifts are installed to one side of the steps, leaving sufficient room for pedestrian traffic.
