Major Air supplies plastic-framed, air-to-air heat exchangers and energy efficient, fresh air heating and cooling products manufactured by Air Change. These products can save up to 75 per cent of electricity bill to condition outdoor air. There is no cross contamination of air streams through the heat exchangers.
Major Air stores air to air heat exchanger, energy recovery units and fresh air heating + cooling products. The air-to-air heat exchangers and energy efficient products recycle energy from stale exhaust air. The wall mounted energy recovery ventilator is a 100 – 350 L/s in capacity.
It is designed with the counter flow enthalpy heat exchanger inside the energy recovery ventilator (ERV), this saves approximately 75 per cent of heat or cool outdoor air. As with the installation process, the primary function is to deliver economical fresh air to an air conditioned space to satisfy Australian Standards and building codes for ventilation rates.
Major Air also provides an in ceiling energy recovery ventilator. Its filters provide the unit and are accessible from inside the room. This unit has access doors to allow for fan service or maintenance from within the room. The in ceiling energy recovery ventilator is a fully ducted unit, designed to remove stale or smoky air from an air conditioned space.
