The LED is closely connected to the crust. The heat from LED will be removed through the heat dissipation wing and also by the air cross-ventilation. It ensures a 50,000 hour life-span of quality LED light.
With the integration between the 5mm thick, high intensity tempered glass and the light housing, the LB225/290TG flood lights can be used in high humidity environments. The lights are sealed by age resistant silicone rubber. Their surfaces are passed through a treatment like anodic oxidation and plastic spraying. It meets the requirement of IP65.
Aluminium imported from Germany is used as the reflector. With a high reflecting efficiency, it helps to create the luminous flux. The special design of the reflector improves light uniformity and utilisation ratio.
