Fire and vermin proof gutter protecting systems from Leafguard
Leafguard offers aluminium gutter protecting systems that has been designed to extend the life and performance of the guttering system. In case of corrugated and ribbed iron roofing, a saddle is used to fasten the mesh to the roof cladding and then the entire top edge of the mesh is silicone sealed to prevent any debris collection under the system. All roof and gutter types can be shielded including terracotta and concrete tiles, shingle and slate, polycarbonate, glass, Colorbond, aluminium, zincalume, stainless steel and copper. Galvanized and asbestos roofing can be done but will require special preparation and installation.
All Leafguard’s tradesmen are covered under the statutory insurance and work cover requirements and use appropriate safety equipment. Gutter protection systems are available in standard colours. Ultrashield is also available in a budget HDPE grade and uses the same installation process for shorter term applications. Leafguard also specialises in unusual, difficult or custom applications. Leafguard, formerly called Ultrashield, was founded in 2006.
Leafguard’s distributorships are available in Regional Victoria, South Australia,
Tasmania, Canberra and New Zealand. Full training, support and marketing is offered to those who want to become a Leafguard dealer.
