World-leading manufacturer of premium and high performance rigid
insulation materials, Kingspan Insulation , announces the proposed acquisition of
the US building products business of Pactiv.
Kingspan’s acquisition plans are
part of an expansion program to grow its range of insulation technologies and
extend the markets for its existing brands.
Supported by a continuous program of investment in market development,
manufacturing capability and customer service together with astute acquisitions,
Kingspan’s insulation division has enjoyed consistent and substantial growth
over the past decade. The latest acquisition will add a comprehensive range of
XPS insulation products and breather membranes under the GreenGuard brand, which
is well established in the North American market.
The merging of the two brands in this new venture will allow an exceptional
range of insulation products to be made available to the North American market.
Kingspan Insulation Managing Director Peter Wilson said they now look forward
to offering the North American market some of the best insulation products
available in the global construction industry.
