Kennards Concrete Care on move in Perth

The new Kennards Concrete Care hire centre at Belmont

Kennards Concrete Care  has moved to a new location in Perth, after outgrowing its previous premises.

The new hire centre is situated at Belmont, just down the road from the previous site and there is no change in the phone number. Kennards Lift & Shift has also moved to the new location.

The new building is not only four times larger, but has a purpose-built service bay, wash bay, loading area and large display area.

“The move couldn't have come at a better time,” Kennards Concrete Care Manager, Geoff Holtmeulen said.

“We had outgrown our previous premises, and the new larger area means better access for our customers and we can also add some bigger better equipment to our range.”

Kennards Concrete Care expanded into Western Australia in March 2007, bringing a much wider range of specialist, labour-saving equipment in the state.

Since then, it has built a reputation for being able to handle the most demanding jobs in concreting, involving surface preparation and repair, sawing, drilling and demolition.

New concrete floor preparation equipment recently added to the range includes a four head heavy duty grinder, fitted with four 3 phase 415 volt motors.

The grinder is capable of 180 to 275 metres of floor preparation per hour. It is fitted with vacuum ports for dust control.

Another new addition is a 240 volt exhaust fan with a six metre dust sock, which can keep demolition and building work site dust controlled.
