DesignBUILD Expo
Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre
27-29 June 2012
The annual DesignBUILD Expo, which was held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre 27-29 June 2012, drew to a close, attracting over 230 exhibitors who showcased some of the industry’s innovative products.
As Australia’s largest and longest running B2B exhibition for the building and construction materials, services and equipment, DesignBUILD featured specialised areas for onsite tools, vehicles, Green building, windows/doors and building materials.
Infolink.com.au, Infolink Architecture and Design Magazine and BPN Magazine combined forces, showing the industry that they were in fact the leading comprehensive, central resource for architects, builders, specifiers and designers.
One of the highlights was the free workshop which was facilitated by Infolink’s business development manager, Tony Haydar and account manager, Chris Mottershead. The workshop focused on understanding the building and construction industry and online platforms to generate quality leads.
Workshop attendees were given the chance to enter Infolink’s business card draw to win a $1,000 advertising package.
Infolink also held post-trade show drinks at the stand as a way to discuss with clients the benefits of being listed on the website, as well as discussing the recent website changes and how those changes will enhance and maximise business listings across the board.
Some of Infolink’s clients that exhibited at DesignBUILD included Bosch, Solatube Australia, CSR Bradford Insulation, C.R. Laurence Australia, Modular Wall Systems and ACO Polycrete.
And last but not least, a special mention goes out to Diversified Exhibitions’ exhibition coordinator, Bonnie Eskdale who ensured Infolink.com.au, Infolink Architecture and Design Magazine and BPN Magazine had a smooth-running three days at the Expo.
