Hychem 100 is a water based epoxy concrete sealer that is formulated for sealing various surfaces made from timber, asphalt and concrete. Hychem 100 is known to be water solvent, oil and petrol resistant and can be from chlorinated rubber and acrylic products.
Hychem 100 can be used in warehouses, industries in which dust free environmental conditions are essential, car parks that are made from concrete and asphaltic surfaces of various standing zones for vehicles.
Hychem 100 in combination with Hychem PU-100 can be used in regions where a high gloss finish is required. Hychem 100 is provided as 40% solid emulsion and permits a maximum of 30% dilution. Hychem 100 sealers can be applied with the aid of low pressure or airless floor sealing equipment that functionally resembles agricultural sprays. Rollers are preferred for small jobs.
