HIA Renovations category winners

The Housing Industry Association (HIA) recently announced its national building and design awards. One of the winners was TM Waverley Builders - which was named Professional Builder of the Year Award in the renovations category.

TM Waverley Builders currently specialises in high level architectural renovations and refurbishments in the Melbourne market - primarily inner city. Over the past 10 years, the Company has evolved and changed direction through the establishment of working relations with approximately 25 of Melbourne's leading architectural firms.

As a consequence of this evolution, the Company's sales and marketing cycle has also been reversed, with work now flowing directly to TM Waverley Builders through the relationship and reputation it has built with Melbourne's architectural community.

The three key stakeholders in all projects are the client, the architect and TM Waverley Builders. Managing and working within the dynamics of this relationship is key to each project's success. The architectural community continues to direct projects to TM Waverley Builders because of its ability to work effectively within what can be a complex three-way relationship.
