Hopleys Sheet Metal is involved in folding, welding, Guillotining, laser cutting and rolling. Hopleys Sheet Metal is also involved in manufacturing Hopleys Floor Joist System.
Hopleys Sheet Metal is manufacturers and designers of Hopleys Open Web Steel Joists which is considered as an alternative to timber floor surfaces. Fabrication process is also done by Hopleys Sheet Metal including stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised steel and mild steel. Ring rolling from Hopleys Sheet Metal is used to roll angle up to 360 degrees and the thickness of roll material is 10 mm.
The Guillotining services offered by Hopleys Sheet Metal help in cutting materials which is 4000 mm long and 10 mm thick. There are two types of Guillotines offered by Hopleys Sheet Metal which are operated by experienced sheet metal personnel. The bending service is also done at Hopleys Sheet Metal. Bending service includes folding the materials up to 10 m thick and 3600 mm long with help of five press brakes which can fold to tight tolerances.
