Susan Haywood-Smith uses red colour as her theme throughout her work. This reflects her passion for the South Pacific and its people. Hibiscus Art provides print collection such as The Challenge Begins’, ‘Rangatiratanga’, ‘Interwoven Destiny’, ‘A Fragile Peace’, ‘Fire of Life’, ‘The Promise of Peace’, ‘The Pathway Home’, ‘Sanctuary Within’, ‘Sunset Over Paradise’, ‘Pacific Autumn’ and so on. The techniques used by Hibiscus Art comprises of Relief Printmaking, Intaglio Printmaking, Screen-printing and Chin Collé. The print work is made on linoleum. Several blocks can be used in order to add different colours. Each block is printed separately.
