Sensys hinges are made from high grade steel and quality materials for improved functionality. The fully integrated ‘Silent System’ soft close dampening action works effortlessly and consistently, without requiring any additional dampening adaptors. As soon as the open angle of a door is less than 35°the unique pull-in function of sensys hinges closes the door gently.
The design of sensys hinges embodies contemporary, harmonious design – from the cup and the arm cover cap to the mounting plate. All edges and radii contribute to the harmony of hinge and mounting plate. Silent System dampening is integrated invisibly into sensys hinges, as is the unlatch tab. Specially-designed cover caps conceal fixing screws and adaptors. sensys hinges are interchangeable with Hettich’s current Intermat hinge range and can be drilled using Hettich’s BlueMax machinery, for total ease of use.
With their integrated “Silent System”, sensys hinges provide a concealed, aesthetically pleasing soft-close mechanism. A stylish cover cap hides the hinge cup, and the button that releases it for removal cannot be seen from the front. Cupboards or drawers can be closed with a gentle push.
sensys hinges are available for all main opening styles, including 110 degree hinges for overlay and inset doors as well as half-overlay applications, wide-angle hinges for overlay and half-overlay doors, W 30 and W 45 hinges for overlay and inset doors as well as W 90 hinges for inset doors. sensys hinges are also suitable for use on aluminium-framed doors.
