New line-up for Herma
Herma Projection Screen Technology has been bought out by Herma Technologies, which will see managing director Dick Marquardt and company secretary and director Rosemary George make way for husband and wife team Carlinea Williamson and Josh Hills.
Williamson was a previous general manager of the company while Marquardt will serve on the new Herma board of management, consulting on further product development.
Williamson, originally from Western Australia joined Herma PST in December 2000, initially to head up the LP Morgan screen division, but gradually assumed an ever increasing range of responsibilities. In August 2003 her abilities were formally recognised and she was appointed general manager.
Herma Technologies will continue operating its three brands which brought Herma to the forefront of projection screen technology: the high-end LP Morgan brand, the consumer brand gv Grandview and the newly released education and IT brand, 2C.
