Light rigid and semi tippers from Hercules Engineering
Hercules Engineering offers light rigid tippers in two categories, namely the standard equipment and the optional equipment. The standard equipment for the light rigid tippers offers a length and volume that range from 3000 millimetres to 5000 millimetres and 2 to 20 cubic metres respectively. Shovel track, rope rails that are located under side coamings are also provided by Hercules Engineering with these light rigid tippers.
Some axles, suspensions, spread chains and safety props are also offered by Hercules Engineering. Some optional equipment like tool box, water tank, towbar, a voltage reducer that can reduce the voltage from 24 volts to 12 volts and a relocate spare wheel carrier in case of space availability are also manufactured by Hercules Engineering.
The standard equipments of B-doubles semi tippers for slide rolling, fixed or side tipping are also manufactured by Hercules Engineering. The length of these tippers varies from 6000 millimetres to 9500 millimetres. There is a body guides subframe mounted and one piece of Hercules top rails along with pin stripes and logo are also offered by Hercules Engineering. The brakes offered with these tippers are designer brakes that are durable too. The steel work in these tippers is cleaned, primed and finished with a 2-pack paint based on customers’ preference. The grain door, tool box and grain locks can also be provided with these tippers.
