Henderson introduces new range of Flush Bolts
The Henderson 456 flush bolts have over a number of years evolved and expanded to keep pace with the growth of Weatherfold folding door hardware and as advanced as the range is, there is still room for further improvement.
The primary drivers of change that has shaped the new range of flush bolts are a new lock design, a smaller option for windows, improved corrosion resistance, colour coordination with other door hardware and pricing positioning.
The square cut elegant lines of the 456 and beautifully rounded 456R are well suited to traditional joinery.
The Henderson 456 flush bolts are made from using solid brass and stainless steel, and are available in lockable and non-lockable version in three distinct finishes:
- Satin Nickel
- Polished Nickel and
- Titanium Gold
The Titanium Gold finish look offers that easy care brass finish, that will remain tarnish free for years and can be used on Coastal applications.
Satin Nickel and Polished Nickel flush bolts look and feel like stainless steel plus including stainless steel shoot bolts for that extra security, giving you that peace of mind. The 456 range is available in 190mm, 450mm, and 600mm lengths with options suitable for both inward and outward opening French and bi folding door applications.
In the past the 456 flush bolts, were used for many window applications, but it has been mentioned that it is oversized for the stile it is fitted to. So by popular demand the 360 non-locking and 360E locking join the range. The smaller 360, available in round top only, shares many design features and benefits of its bigger brother but it is sized at 110mm x 24mm x 9mm and is easily fitted by two screws.
The 360 flush bolt is also available in a necked version 360N for inward opening windows and a 360L 300mm long version for those taller window servery applications.
To finish the 360 family off, a 360RK masonry keeper has been specifically designed to stylishly finish off Weatherfold Window Servery 20 applications that allow flush bolts to lock directly into granite benchtops.
