Henderson RMD unveils Shutterfold 20 system

The new Shutterfold 20 system is designed by Henderson RMD for exterior folding shutters and doors in residential and light commercial applications.

The Shutterfold 20 system uses Henderson RMD’s proven 4 wheel nylon outer tyre hanger technology with stainless steel high speed precision bearings for exterior applications that can support panels up to 20kg with a maximum of six panels folding each way.

The Shutterfold 20 system incorporates a pivoted first panel allowing all panels to be of equal size.

The new 21EP pivot has been designed to locate into the Henderson 94 bottom channels and has both horizontal and vertical adjustment for ease of installation.

For 2 or 2+2 applications that do not require a floor channel and guide the 21EPNC pivot has been designed to be surface mounted on the finished floor.

Both pivot options have been constructed from 316 marine grade stainless steel. A bottom channel and guide system is recommended for applications with more than two panels folding in one direction.
