Installations Our installations are of the highest quality. We take everything into consideration and we will keep you aware of anything you should know. We are happy to come out and prepare a quote on your requirements and are comfortable and confident to take on large projects.
We are also happy to set up a standalone LCD or stereo system if that’s all you need.
Pre-Cabling Here at Hempel Sound we take a no nonsense approach to technology. We can pre-wire your home during the building process whether you are after a fully integrated home or just want to make sure there are some cables for a pair of outdoor speakers one day.
Custom Design By using specialists and our own experiences we can come up with custom furniture that will suit your style and needs. We are quite capable of incorporating automatic lifters and sliders for screens, projector flippers/dippers for ceiling mounted projectors and have many amazing systems which we are very proud of.
Service and product support Once we install a product or a system, you know you can count on us if anything ever would go wrong, if you need product updated or simply want to add a device.
Repairs
All products sold by Hempel Sound are backed up with full factory warranty from the day it is sold to you. Most of our manufacturers offer two, three, five or even ten years warranty on their products.
Repairs under warranty are carried out by the manufacturer, not Hempel Sound. After the warranty period, we still offer a repair service for products we sold.
