Commercial door heaters and propagation bed heating from Heatec
Heatec manufactures a wide range of heating equipment such as trace heating, animal pen heating, propagation bed heating, coldroom and freezer door heating.
For coldroom and freezer door heating, Heatec offer a suitable output which requires anything between 20 and 70 W/m around the door perimeter. This output depends upon temperatures, door frame design and materials.
Heatec door heaters are manufactured with silicon rubber, tinned copper screen and Teflon insulation. The door heaters are available with a nickel plated copper sheath which offers extra corrosion resistance. Heatec also provides replacement door heating cables.
For tank and pipeline heating, Heatec uses a variety of cable types depending upon the application temperature. Only double insulated, screened and metal sheathed cable types are used for tank and pipeline heating purpose.
Heatec also designs and installs cable installations for the comfort and display of various animal species in zoos. Heating cables for animal husbandry purposes are generally installed similarly like that of the under tile heating by using the bedded floor method.
For propagation bed heating, Heatec stock a large range of heating cable of various types and sizes. The cables can be customised to suit any size and application.
