Indoor air quality studies from Healthy Buildings International
Healthy Buildings International offers a wide range of indoor air quality studies. Indoor air quality studies include reviewing of the design, general condition and operating practices of the main ventilating systems and visual inspection of the internal chambers of the air handling units such as coils, fan chambers and humidi?ers. Healthy Buildings International then carries out an assessment process of the type, installation and condition of the filters present in the internal chambers.
Similarly, Healthy Buildings International focuses on other indoor air quality studies such as fibre optic examination of the main and secondary internal ducts, checking of static air pressures inside the duct-work and microbial surface samples from voids, ducts and relevant surfaces of the air handling equipment. These samples are then analysed for bacterial and fungal growth.
Measurement of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide levels, screening of hydrogen sulphide and formaldehyde levels in suspected areas, checking up on temperature and relative humidity levels, assessment of environmental tobacco smoke and assessment of the soiling characteristics of the supply air are other range of indoor air quality services conducted by Healthy Buildings International.
After these entire comprehensive checkups, Healthy Buildings International provides a signed and framed indoor air quality assurance certi?cate on the conducted service.
