Tectus Concealed Door Hinges
The Tectus concealed door hinges from Halliday & Baillie are available in three sizes.

  • Small – TE 210 3D – 40 kg
  • Medium - TE 310 3D – 60 kg
  • Large - TE 510 3D – 100 kg

Finishes available: F1 – Satin Aluminium standard finish
Made to order, Stainless steel and Bright chrome

Geometry: 2 hinges per door if within the kilo rate mentioned for each hinge if you exceed this then simply add a further hinge to the door.
Hinge sizes cover door thicknesses 32mm-55mm
1.2m maximum door width and up to 3 metres tall as long as the weight stays within the kilo rate quoted.
Hang left or right handed

Adjustability: +3mm vertical, +3mm left or right

Door weight: from 40 - 100kg maximum

Door materials: direct installation into wooden joinery, fixing kits available for steel or aluminium joinery

Fire rating: TE 510 - 30 minutes

Manufactured: in Germany
