Halliday & Baillie unveil the Tectus Concealed hinge system.
Pure German engineering simply describes this incredible product. The materials are superior, they open and close with the most incredible “fluid”
like movement. Halliday & Baillie and Tectus concealed hinges are the ultimate hinge that is available on the market today. The fact that they are adjustable and are sold with drilling jigs and cut out templates means that installation is controlled and commands a perfect finish to compliment any residential or commercial property. The TE510 hinge even carries with it a 30 min fire rating.
The Tectus concealed door hinges from Halliday & Baillie are available in three sizes.
- Small – TE 210 3D – 40 kg
- Medium - TE 310 3D – 60 kg
- Large - TE 510 3D – 100 kg
Finishes available:
F1 – Satin Aluminium finish & by special order “Polished nickel bright chrome”.
Geometry: 2 hinges per door if within the kilo rate mentioned for each hinge (see above) if you exceed this then simply add a further hinge to the door.
Hinge sizes cover door thicknesses 32mm-55mm 1.2m maximum door width and up to 3 metres tall as long as the weight stays within the kilo rate quoted. Hang left or right handed
Adjustability: +3mm vertical, +3mm left or right
Door weight: 3 hinge sizes cover from 40 - 100kg maximum. By special request a 200 kg hinge is available by special order.
Door materials: direct installation into wooden joinery, fixing kits available for steel or aluminium joinery
Fire rating: The TE 510 is rated for 30 minutes
