HVAC Queensland provides various fabrication services including sheet metal and plate steel fabrication, ductwork fabrication, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication, pipework shop spooling, chutework, tanks, silos, process skids, railway componentry and various structural steel fabrication. HVAC Queensland provides workshop facilities that include about 4000 metre square and 10000 metre square lay down areas. HVAC Queensland also provides services ranging from fabrication upto trial fit. HVAC Queensland are capable of performing plasma and profile cutting upto 50 millimetres thickness and also overhead crane with capacity of about 10 tonnes.
Fabrication projects accomplished by HVAC Queensland include fabrication of side door tipper tubs, Sun engineering CC4E galleries, 9.3 tipper tubs and Austin Engineering Gantries. Side door tipper tubs project achieved by HVAC Queensland included fabrication of five 5.8 metres and seven 9.3 metres of side door tipper tubs. Austin Engineering gantries project comprised of fabricating about 11 conveyor gantries, while Wanless waste bins project involved manufacture as well as supply of waste bins.
HVAC Queensland also provides various specialised fabrication services. These specialised fabrications include manufacture, pressure test as well as surface treat of different locomotive fuel tanks. HVAC Queensland had also fabricated about 400 tonnes of various customer supplied materials that include trestles, bracings and beams.
