With the introduction of the new smoking regulations, areas like this are being constructed on a number of clubs and
pubs. The combination of high level rain protection and the ability to allow extra airflow has helped the Eclipse Opening Roof system be designed into smoking areas and help the room meet the new regulations.
The louvers are designed in the closed position, and the aluminium framing by HV Aluminium has been powder coated according to the customers’ requirements.
The roof area was covered with four bays of motor operated louvres, which are controlled from one point inside the club, securely fitted behind the bar at the clubs’ request.
A rain sensor fitted to this project will automatically close all the roof bays when rain is detected. Connection to a C-bus or home/business automation system is supported with this system.
