LED light cylinder water feature
The LED light cylinder water feature, available from H2O Designs , was designed to be a sculpture piece in this modern entrance.
The concept involved the use of acrylic tubes of varying height and diameter, to create the optical illusion of water maintaining the shape of a cylinder.
To achieve this, an intricate hydraulic system was put in place to ensure that the flow of water up and over the acrylic tubes was even and synchronised.
The innovative application of acrylic tubes to create this entrance water feature is just one design possibility-there are many. This project also highlights the importance of feature lighting-capturing and complementing the natural.
