LS is an innovative high build membrane system designed for a diverse range of applications over a number of substrates including concrete, fibre cement sheets, Hebel panels, asphalt, masonry and block surfaces.
Gripset LS provides the benefits of a traditional sheet membrane with the unique feature of a multi layer seamless finish, eliminating joints, overlaps and other risk points associated with welding and abutting traditional sheet membrane systems.
The versatility of the LS system enables it to be used with confidence for roofing and underground applications, and in more challenging immersed applications where traditional sheet membranes cannot be used. These attributes resulted in the LS system chosen as the preferred system for large stormwater tanks at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woodville, South Australia.
Gripset LS is compatible with the complete range of Gripset products to suit the required application. For this project, Gripset LS was used in conjunction with a flexible cementitous membrane system that was spray applied to form a build of >5mm. The result was a high build, extremely hard wearing, fully reinforced seamless system.
