The 59 penthouse-style apartments feature stunning views and a five-star resort appeal according to Mr Nick Shinner, Pindan Project Sales Manager.
Each two, three or four bedroom apartment features two bathrooms and it was essential that these bathrooms reflected the luxury resort feel. To achieve this GWA supplied Fowler Seido toilet suites, Dorf Fluid tapware and Caroma’s Liano basins and bathroom accessories.
All of the bathroom toilet suites, baths, showers, wall basins and accessories were chosen to create a streamlined, perfectly coordinated finish whilst incorporating market leading water saving technology and unique designs. The Fowler Seido toilet suite features a soft closing seat that gently and quietly lowers. It sits wall faced in each bathroom and has rounded edges for an elegant smooth finish. The Fowler Seido has achieved a water efficiency rating of 4 WELS stars.
The Fowler Seido toilets featured in each Aqueous bathroom suite are complemented by Liano square basins for a smooth, sleek and minimalist design. The Liano basins have angular, square lines, a generous bowl area and a distinctive tapware platform. Dorf Fluid tapware was selected to perfectly off set the Liano square basins.
Each elegant bathroom suite is finished with accessories from Caroma’s popular Liano bathroom range. The Liano bathroom suite accessories used in the luxurious Aqueous apartments include durable toilet roll and soap holders, stylish towel rails and robe hooks.
