Force 10 International incorporates three separate systems towards its building construction process such as floor system, wall system and roof system.
The three systems are commonly integrated as one whole system which acts as stand alone technologies. The systems can be used separately or can be used in conjunction with other floors, walls or roofs. For instance, the force 10 wall system can be erected on concrete slabs while the force 10 roof systems can be used on brick, timber and stone walls.
The force 10 flooring system from Force 10 International has been designed to provide easy erection and ventilation features. In this system, foundation stumps can be set high or low to meet specific needs.
Force 10 floors are supported on adjustable steel stumps with the help of concrete footings, which are secured to the ground. The spacing of the bearers and joists are the main elements of the force 10 flooring system. This spacing adds strength and rigidity to the design.
Force 10 flooring system can be quickly adjusted to suit sloping terrains, high rainfall and flooding regions. The flooring systems are also easily re-adjusted after ground shift in desert and tropical areas.
