Rigid polyurethanes from Foamex Group
Foamex Group offer rigid polyurethanes which are ozone-friendly products and are ideally suited for the refrigerated transport industry. Rigid polyurethanes are manufactured using a blowing agent called HCFC 141B.
Expol under floor insulation from Foamex Group is an efficient and cost-effective insulation for homes, especially for pole houses and those with exposed timber floors. The under floor insulation product reduces heat from entering in summer and escaping in winter. This significantly helps in lowering electricity bills.
Polystyrene insulation panels from Foamex Group are self-supporting panels and fit correctly between floor joists. Panels are cut on both sides to allow compression by up to 20 millimetres. The cut provides easy installation and a snug fit between the joists. Insulation panels are non-allergenic, flame retardant, have good thermal properties and do not contain any CFCs. All insulation from Foamex Group complies with insulation and manufacturing standards. Nylon non-corrosive fixings are available for loose panels and high wind areas.
Foamex Group offer EPS Diamond Pods which are low cost former system for pouring reinforced concrete slabs. EPS Diamond Pods have specially moulded diamond cells and are designed to enable stronger slabs. This helps in minimising manual labour that is normally associated with traditional pouring of slabs. EPS Diamond Pods are lightweight and easy to handle.
