Waterproofing membranes, emulsions and epoxies from Flexitray NSW
Flexitray NSW offer a liquid applied waterproofing membrane called Flexitray 102. The waterproofing membrane is a water-based neoprene rubber coating which is reinforced with silicaceous aggregate. Waterproofing membrane is a non toxic, potable membrane and can be used under cement base tile adhesives. Waterproofing membrane is capable of accommodating expected structural movement and provides a flexible and seamless membrane. Flexitray 102 waterproof membrane complies with all relevant standards.
Flexitray NSW utilise different types of waterproofing membranes such as polyurethanes, neoprene rubbers, trafficable polyurethanes, Blackseal, Dampstop and Membryl. Blackseal is a water-based bitumen emulsion for retaining walls. Bitumen emulsion is reinforced with rubber latex to provide better flexibility. Blackseal bitumen emulsion can be used for waterproofing retaining walls, planter boxes, terracotta pots and butters.
Flexitray NSW offer a two component water borne epoxy called Dampstop. The epoxy can be used as internal concrete sealer and provides better adhesion to damp or dry surfaces. Dampstop epoxy forms an oil resistant, non dusting surface to control dampness in floors. The epoxy is non toxic, non flammable and can be painted over with conventional paints.
