While Spinal-Flexi-Track from Flexi Products has been promoted for making all types of curved and round walls and columns for the past few years, it has been recently discovered that the Flexi-Track when fixed to the top edges of a sheet of steel or other materials makes good archways - of any length or width, including Barrel Arches, Full Rounds, Half Rounds Eyebrows, in fact, any Radius Interior or Exterior Arches. Also, if fitted to one edge of the material, it is suitable for window heads.
These Arches are easily fixed to the surrounding timber or steel framing through the holes provided in the evenly spaced flanges around the edge of the Flexi-Track. The Flexi-Track is easily fixed to the sheet or strip of metal or other flexible material like Hardboard, with pop rivets or screws and can be butted end to end for any length of archway required.
