Fisher & Paykel has announced a new customer promotion which differs from the usual price discount or cashback offers now seen as the norm.
As of the 1st July, customers who purchase any AquaSmart washing machine will receive a 5 year appliance SmartCare Healthcheck.

SmartCare Healthchecks will be carried out once a year on the appliance by a specially trained Fisher & Paykel technician to ensure the machine is operating at its optimum." said Peter Russell, National Marketing Manager, Fisher & Paykel.
Smartcare Healthchecks are a set of diagnostic tests, installation and user checks conducted to monitor the AquaSmart's state of health and identifying any issues well before they would normally become a problem. Potential problems can be identified in advance thereby avoiding costly repairs and future downtime.
Critical appliance failure can be traced back to installation issues or incorrect user behavior. These will likely be identified thereby ensuring many years of trouble free ownership.
