The Fisher and Paykel DishDrawer has been one of the most revolutionary innovations in kitchen appliances in the past decade. When Fisher & Paykel launched the first Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer in 1997, it was the first, with the dishwasher in a drawer configuration having heralding flexibility and ergonomic advantages unmatched by the traditional dishwasher.
Now Fisher & Paykel is delighted to announce the new fifth generation of DishDrawer – the 605 series in single and double drawer configurations. The single DS 605 and double DD 605 feature nine wash programs including eco options.
Fisher and Paykel engineers constantly work on ways to reduce water and energy consumption. The DD605 has an energy rating of 3 stars and the DD605 double drawer has WELS water rating of 3 stars . The DS605 single drawer configuration has a rating of 3.5 stars. The ecological advantages continue with independent drawers. The DD605 also allows for genuine half load options.
Now quieter than ever, Fisher and Paykel has reduced noise by isolating the motor through an isolation seal to minimize noise transfer. In fact an acoustic energy reduction of 70% has been achieved compared with the previous model, making it one of the quietest dishwashers on the market. Improved drying performance has been achieved with a faster drying fan.
Each drawer has a six place setting capacity with a flexible racking system that now accommodates over sized dinner plates and long stemmed glasses. The performance is matched by the design in iridium, stainless steel or integrated finishes.
The designer handles match those on Fisher and Paykel’s freestanding cookers, ovens and Designer refrigerators and can be matched with identical Hettich Fisher and Paykel designer cabinetry handles for a streamlined kitchen fit out.
