Fisher & Paykel Appliances is set to showcase its latest line-up of bathroom and kitchen equipment at the inaugural Sydney Grand Designs Live expo on October 21-23 at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Based on the popular UK TV show presented by Kevin McLeod and the new Australian series presented by Peter Maddison, the event focuses on the best of architecture and design for the home.

Fisher & Paykel have secured a prime position at the main entrance to the Grand Kitchens and Bathrooms space for its large scale display. Apart from showcasing the lastest products, the stand will give visitors a preview of upcoming products including the DCS barbecue range due for release in 2012.

"Grand Designs gives us an opportunity to reach a different audience than the Good Food and Wine Shows," says Peter Russell, Fisher & Paykel General Manager.

"The food audience at those shows is particularly focused on performance and function of our appliances whereas we anticipate the Grand Designs audience will have a specific interest in the aesthetic of our product and how they can be integrated into the home."

"This is where our modular range of products including the award-winning CoolDrawer, CookSpace and DishDrawer Wide really capture attention as genuinely innovative and forward-thinking, opening up a range of design possibilities in the kitchen and throughout the house."

More information on the bathroom and kitchen equipment being displayed at the Sydney Grand Designs Live expo is available from Fisher & Paykel Appliances.
