Old renovations and new construction projects from First Impressions Projects
The Portsea project from First Impressions Projects is a house that looks like a grand piano. The black façade is bold against the backdrop of a coast. The geometrical curves offer a blend with the natural, undulating ground. Each room has fittings and fixtures of high quality and offers an enchanting view of the sea or the landscape.
First Impressions Projects’ South Yarra is one which look into the apartments built in 1962 that need renovation. The renovation was completed with the entire floor turned into an apartment by designer Russel Grainger.
The house at Blairgowrie, designed by First Impressions Projects, is a home among the coastal Tea-tree. The windows open straight onto the pool, and the clever concrete construction has a tastefully designed interior that makes it a practical home by all means.
Tyabb is a rural property nestling among a botanical garden. The internal walls were removed by First Impressions Projects, to be replaced by steel structures without removing the roof. The result was an open plan living area that enhanced the façade without a compromise on the overall elevation.
